ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Once the order has been received, it takes between 2 and 3 working days to prepare, although this timeframe may vary depending on order volume and warehouse workload.

After shipping confirmation and the issuance of the tracking number, the estimated delivery times for professional orders are as follows:

• Mainland Spain and Portugal: 2 to 4 working days from order preparation.
  
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 5 working days.
• International (rest of countries): Varies depending on the destination country.

Orders placed outside warehouse hours, on weekends or public holidays, will be prepared the following working day.

Dukier warehouse opening hours:

• • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30

  • Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
    

*Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during periods of high demand (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Three Kings' Day) or due to logistical causes beyond the control of WE ARE DUKIER SL.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, depending on the destination and the professional customer's profile (shop or distributor).

Specific conditions such as free shipping thresholds may apply depending on the type of customer, and will be communicated in advance by the sales team or shown on Dukier's professional platform.
