Exchanges and returns

We know sometimes things don't work out — and that's okay! If you need to exchange or return a product, here's how to do it step by step.

You have 30 working days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

We can only accept products that are:

  • In perfect condition
  • Unused, unstained, unwashed and free of pet hair

SIZE EXCHANGE

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, contact us at info@dukier.com and we'll give you the option to process the exchange directly on our website. Please note that OUTLET products are not eligible for size exchanges.

RETURN

To process a return, contact us at info@dukier.com and we'll send you a shipping label. The return shipping cost is €7.90 and applies to all European shipments except the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

RETURNS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND

Please contact us at info@dukier.com and we'll provide all the instructions you need to complete your return.

Once we have verified the condition of the returned item, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the case where the product acquired is defective or damaged, you must contact us through the email address: info@dukier.com, indicating the problem and attaching photos if necessary.

Once the photos and damage have been examined, we will immediately arrange an exchange or full refund, covering all shipping costs.
