Exchanges and returns

We know sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay! If you need to exchange or return a product, here’s how to do it step by step.

You have 30 working days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

We can only accept products that are:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unused, unstained, unwashed and free of pet hair

Just send us an email at info@dukier.com with your order number. We’ll reply with all available options to help you with the process.

If you decide to return your order, we’ll send you a shipping label so you can drop off the package — securely wrapped — at a designated drop-off point from our logistics provider in your country.

Please note that Dukier does not cover the return shipping costs. These will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have verified the condition of the returned item, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the case where the product acquired and defective or damaged, you must contact us through the email address: info@dukier.com, indicating the problem and attach photos to us if necessary.

Once the photos and damage have been examined, we will immediately change or return the total amount, assuming all the shipping costs.
